Fitness Classes with Platinum Membership: Totally Free!  You have unlimited online classes included in your monthly fee for only $10/month more than a regular membership!

Fitness Classes for Gold Members and Non-Members:  Classes are $10 each for drop ins.  We also offer class packages that can be purchased in the gym.  Look for class promotions when they're available!

Small-Group Training:  Don't see any classes that work for you?  Grab some friends and sign up for small-group training.  You can have classes that are custom-tailored to your group and fitness levels.
